Stamped on the two chests of drawers by Jean Popsel born in 1720, received Master on July 5, 1755.
The chests of drawers forming a pair called "sauteuse" are curved on all sides and open with two drawers in the front inlaid with flowers on a Rosewood background, framed with Amaranth. The curved sides are also inlaid with flowers on a Rosewood background, framed with Amaranth. The front legs are decorated with falls, stylized baguettes and wrap-around hooves. They are decorated with Flanders marble tops, molded on their fields with a corbin beak.
