A Louis XV period commode in fruitwood and ivory marquetry, amaranth and rosewood veneer, circa 1770, stamped I.G. SCHLICHTIG (Received as Master on 2 October 1765). The decoration consists of Chinese figures and trophies of arms. The ormolu ornamentation and the veined white marble top.
