D. Teniers Fec.
This painting depicts a lively Flemish fair taking place in front of a village inn. In the foreground, a peasant couple leads the dance, drawing other villagers into a rhythmic and joyful movement. On the right, a violinist perched on a barrel plays for the circle, while groups of men and women chat, drink and watch the scene. A small dog bounds across the foreground, adding a humorous and lively touch. The bright light and airy composition reflect Teniers' mastery of genre painting: the expressive poses, clothing details and vivid colours lend the whole scene a festive and picturesque atmosphere.

This name probably corresponds to the French translation of a Russian state museum, most likely the Hermitage in Saint Petersburg or the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, which bore the official designation “State Museum” in the 19th century.
